The key fob, remote control, or whatever you call it that disarms/unlocks and arms/locks my wife's Accord has finally had it after over 4 years of use and countless drops. I need to replace it with two functional units so I have a backup. Now the caveats. It's an aftermarket alarm. Specifically it's an Ungo 8200. Ungo is now owned by Clarion. My Google-fu has found me one store that can actually sell me the exact same remote - for 70 bucks, which is flat-out ridiculous, which is why I'm looking for a universal, or learning remote...
Anyway, help me out Hive! Any information is better than none. Can anyone find what frequency my alarm runs at? Any decent universal remotes? A cheaper source to an identical key fob?
Any help will be apprecited.
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
